We have also added to this page Spectrum Guideline Aids for installation. Download the .pdf below or whatever other direction you might need before you disconnect your old equipment. If you are unsure or unsuccessful in your own installation of the equipment please call 863-409-1057, leave a message if there is no answer, and a LHE IT neighbor volunteer will contact you to visit your home and help you with installation. This is a FREE service from LHE IT Team. Spectrum will charge you $50 for the same service. PLEASE NOTE: should you need additional equipment such as connectors or wire lengths longer than provided these cost are the responsibility of the home owner
It is very important that when you order the new equipment you choose to install, confirm that your new services are now on the LHEA BULK CONTRACT.
